This book is an excellent resource that I used as a primary tool to pass the exam. That being said, note its limitations. It is a study guide and other ITIL v3 resources were required to provide in-depth knowledge to adequately address core issues. That is, the study guide provides the summary of details needed to pass, but does not tell the story that explains those details and enables them to be remembered.

This book was a fantastic resource for not only the ITILV3 Foundation exam, but overall just an excellent learning tool that pinpointed specific areas that you should focus on while implementing IT Service Management. I’ve read through and studied the expanded version of each of the ITILV3 books and this was a great summary of those books that prepped me for the exam. This is a shelf keeper.
