   I’m doing a course for the 2006 series.. Essentials and IT Technician… I better get in there fast before they update the exam material to the new series .. including vista.. mind you having used vista and 7 for so long, i may do better when they upgrade to include Longhorn questions

   You can retake it but when you failed for the 3rd time, you need to wait for 30 calendar days.

   no. 2 times. i passed the A+IT technician exam but not the A+Essentials, stupid i know. also failed with like 1 or 2 questions too less. very upsetting.
   i hope i pass it next time.

    The laser makes what you are writing a -100 charge it doesn’t possitively charge the drum otherwise the toner wouldn’t be attracted/transferred to the paper. and the paper is given a +600 charge.
